My apologies in advance for the high cost of these books. Just to let you know, there is no mark up for the signature, or for "handling." Cost is the list price plus postage within the USA, plus a couple dollars for Hawaii's excise tax and the cost of having the printer send the books to me. The books will be less expensive purchased direct from one of the big online stores, but I wanted to have a "signature" option for those who were interested.
